What is dry needling?

Dry needling uses traditional Chinese acupuncture needles to treat soft tissue conditions and injuries in a non-obtrusive way.

Dry needling can be particularly helpful in treating traditionally stubborn conditions such as tennis elbow, Achilles tendonitis, shin splints and golfer’s elbow.
