Rosny

Karen Graham graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Hons I) at University of Queensland in 2006.  She moved to Tasmania as a new graduate, and has lived and worked all around the state since.  Karen completed her certificate training in the Neurodevelopmental Treatment (NDT) approach in 2013.

Karen’s main area of interest in the field of Physiotherapy is paediatrics (with most of her experience in this area being with children with disabilities).  She has worked within the NDIS “system” since its inception in Tasmania.  Karen is also interested in musculoskeletal physiotherapy (particularly Clinical Pilates and Dry Needling).  She has enjoyed some involvement with disability sports and is currently a trainee classifier for Paralympic swimming.  In recent years, she has gained qualifications to do manual tasks training and loves teaching these skills to assist her clients, students and colleagues to prevent injuries.
