Meet Mesika – your French twist on physiotherapy!

Born in Paris and raised among the water lilies in Monet’s hometown (yes, the garden’s real!), Mesika brings a unique blend of art, nature, and Alpine resilience to her approach to rehab. With six years spent living in the French Alps, her style is grounded yet dynamic.

Mesika graduated in 2017 in Paris and began her career at one of France’s top trauma hospitals, where she supported children with complex neurological and musculoskeletal conditions. Her hands-on experience then took her to Guadeloupe and Switzerland, where she specialised in spinal and musculoskeletal rehabilitation.

Her clinical interests include musculoskeletal conditions (back, shoulder, and lower limb), neurological rehab for both adults and children, COPD and respiratory physiotherapy, workplace ergonomics, women’s health, and running injuries. She incorporates the McKenzie Method, Blaise Dubois’ Running Clinic approach, and holds a Master’s in spinal research.

What drives Mesika most is empowering people to understand their bodies. Her goal is to make clients independent in managing their pain and movement—because to her, great physiotherapy means giving people the tools to take control.

Outside the clinic, she enjoys trail running, gym training, Iyengar yoga, capturing moments with black-and-white film photography, and singing jazz and soul in the local music scene.

With Mesika, expect to move better—with knowledge, confidence, and a little rhythm.
