Kari Viviers

Kari Viviers

Physiotherapist
Kingston

Kari qualified (BSc in Physiotherapy) in 2004 from the University of Stellenbosch, close to Cape Town in South Africa.

In 2007 she and her husband moved to Tasmania as the idea of living on an island sounded idyllic to them both!  The day they arrived they fell in love with Tassie and have enjoyed every day since.

Kari has worked with us for over 5 years in the Kingston clinic.  Prior to this she has experience in both in- patient hospital physio and private practice.  Kari has completed post graduate courses in shoulder injuries, women’s and men’s health and dry needling. She has a special interest in teaching pilates and uses it frequently in many of her treatments.

Kari and her husband have two beautiful children, both with Aussie accents!

Outside of work, Kari enjoys spending time with family and friends and playing social netball and tennis.   She also loves travelling, especially going ‘home’ to South Africa to see family.
