Alex Dilger

Alex grew up in Queenstown on the West Coast of Tasmania prior to studying Physiotherapy at Charles Sturt University in Albury, NSW. Since graduating in 2019 Alex returned to the North West Coast of Tasmania and worked in Ulverstone and Devonport before making the move down to the South of the State.

Alex has been working in private practice and with various sporting teams since graduating.

Alex balances his hours at Leap Health with his physiotherapist role at the Tasmania JackJumpers during their NBL season. During the off season, he works full time hours at Leap Health.

Alex has a keen interest in treating sports related injuries and assisting athletes in meeting their goals. He also has a specific interest in low back pain and lower limb injuries of the knee and ankle.

Outside of work you will find Alex playing football, in the gym or spending time with his dog.
