Cailin Foster

Exercise Physiologist
Huonville and Kingston

Cailin is from Brisbane and she studied at QUT and graduated from a Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology in Dec, 2022. She actually started studying interior design straight out of high-school, but then changed to exercise physiology after 2 years, because she wanted to work in health, to help people to feel better.

Cailin enjoys working with patients with chronic diseases and the older population. Her favourite classes to run were the chair-based strength classes for the elderly and the Parkinson’s group class. She did also work with musculoskeletal and some athletic populations, but chronic diseases is by far the area that interests her the most!

Cailin has also worked as a disability support worker for a young girl with ASD for about 4yrs, as well as working with the small baking business her family owns, and she has a level 1 mat Pilates certification. She is very interested in health promotion and public health, and hopes to do further study in that area.

Cailin loves getting outdoors, going on beautiful hikes, getting lost in a good book (usually a WWII romance novel) and a lovely relaxing day at the beach, reading a book and drinking coffee in between swims in the ocean.
