Chloe West

Chloe is a friendly and experienced dietitian from the Central Coast, NSW, where she’s been practising since 2017. She has worked across a variety of settings including public and private hospitals and community environments, bringing a wealth of knowledge and a genuinely patient-centred approach to care.

At Leap Health, Chloe works across a variety of our clinics, supporting clients from a wide range of health backgrounds. She’s passionate about helping people optimise their health and wellbeing through practical, realistic, food-based strategies. With additional training in health coaching, Chloe empowers clients to make meaningful and sustainable changes.

Chloe has a strong interest in supporting those with chronic health conditions, including diabetes, cardiovascular disease, pulmonary disease, oncology, and weight management, and has a deep understanding of the complexities involved in achieving optimal health.

Chloe is unable to see new patients with women’s health related conditions at the current time, however, her fellow dieititan Ella Hannaford is in a position to see new clients with these conditions.
