Frances Conrades

Frances commenced with Leap Health in 2025 as a valued member of the Home Care team, where she quickly demonstrated strong leadership, organisation, and a genuine commitment to client care. Her ability to build positive relationships with both clients and colleagues, combined with her attention to detail, saw her progress into the role of Home Care Practice Manager in 2026.

In her current position, Frances oversees the coordination and delivery of home care services, ensuring clients receive high-quality, personalised support. She plays a key role in supporting staff, maintaining service standards, and contributing to the ongoing development of the Home Care program.

Outside of work, Frances enjoys spending time with family and friends, making the most of opportunities to unwind and connect. She also loves escaping to her family’s seaside shack, where she can relax and enjoy the coastal lifestyle.
