Hasnain (Hassy) Ashraf

Hassy is originally a ‘Hospital Pharmacist from Pakistan’ who moved to Australia to do his Masters of Public Health through La Trobe University, Melbourne. After completing his MPH he worked as a ‘Team Leader of Community Mental Health practitioner’ in Toowoomba. During this time Hassy completed culturally sensitive training and motivational interviewing training.

After marriage Hassy decided to do Podiatry to acquire more clinical skills and moved to Melbourne to do Master of Podiatric practice. He completed placements at Royal Melbourne Hospital, Craigieburn Health Service and Sunshine Hospital during the degree.

Hassy’s main interests include diabetes related foot complications and application of advanced modalities to treat various foot pain and blisters.

Hassy is a good cook, has a passion for exploring nature, is happily married to the gorgeous ‘Zoona’ and father to two beautiful boys (who will have to follow Geelong cats). Hassy absolutely loves his Mum, Dad and sisters for their constant support as he has been away from home and does a lot of facetime with family and friends back home.
