Jan has worked exclusively in the area of paediatric physiotherapy for over 20 years across Victoria, Canberra and Tasmania in hospitals, community settings, schools and early intervention centres. Jan completed her undergraduate degree in 1994 her Masters of Paediatric Physiotherapy in 2008 and has had extensive training and experience working with premature babies as well as babies and children with developmental delays.   Jan works collaboratively with educators, medical professionals and other allied health in order to achieve the best outcome for children and their families and strives to embed therapy into the daily routine of a child in order to achieve their goals.

Jan works with children who have neurological (eg cerebral palsy), orthopaedic (eg foot deformities, torticollis, plagiocephaly, post fractures), and children who have coordination difficulties and general delays in achieving motor skills.  She has a particular interest and experience in detecting movement disorders in very young babies and casting children born with foot deformities such as clubfoot.  Jan is a keen bike rider and loves teaching children to ride.

Jan sees both private and NDIS funded clients.

When not at work, Jan can be found mountain biking around our beautiful state desperately trying to keep up with her 13 year old daughter.
