Karlina Wright

Karlina is Leap Health’s General Manager, based at the Head Office, and plays an integral role in the leadership, direction, and ongoing success of the organisation. With a strong focus on operational excellence, team culture, and sustainable growth, Karlina works across all areas of the business to ensure services are delivered to the highest standard. Her leadership is central to maintaining the organisation’s values, supporting staff, and driving continuous improvement across both clinical and administrative teams.

Known for her approachable and supportive management style, Karlina fosters a positive workplace culture where staff feel valued, connected, and empowered to perform at their best. She is deeply committed to ensuring that both clients and team members have a positive experience with Leap Health, and her ability to balance big-picture strategy with day-to-day operations makes her an essential part of the organisation.

Originally from Gosford on the Central Coast of New South Wales, Karlina has called Hobart home for the past 24 years, with a short period spent living in Melbourne.

Outside of work, Karlina enjoys walking, shopping, and exploring local cafés. She values spending quality time with her husband and their three children and takes great pride in supporting and watching them participate in their sporting activities.
