Kate Gale

Kate joined Leap Health in 2024 as a valued member of the administration team, quickly demonstrating her capability, initiative, and strong organisational skills. Her commitment and adaptability saw her transition into the role of Home Care Manager, where she played an important part in supporting clients and coordinating services. Building on this success, Kate stepped into the Operations Officer role in 2025, where she now contributes to the broader day-to-day functioning and strategic operations of the organisation.

Kate brings a practical, solutions-focused approach to her work, along with a genuine passion for delivering high-quality support services. Her progression within Leap Health reflects both her dedication and her ability to grow within the organisation.

Originally from the UK, Kate relocated to Tasmania with her family in 2024 and has embraced the lifestyle change, enjoying everything the region has to offer. Outside of work, she spends much of her time with her children, enjoys running, and loves exploring Tasmania’s vibrant food and wine scene.
