Phoebe is a Tasmanian-based Clinical Exercise Physiologist, originally from Penguin. She completed a Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology at the University of the Sunshine Coast, graduating in 2025, after relocating interstate to pursue academic and high-performance sporting goals.
Throughout her degree, Phoebe gained experience across clinical and high-performance settings, including working as a Strength and Conditioning Coach with the Queensland Academy of Sport and completing placements in cardiac rehabilitation, Parkinson’s centres, and community gyms.
Her clinical interests include neurological and complex conditions, particularly Parkinson’s disease, Multiple Sclerosis, and mental health. She also has a strong interest in supporting children and young adults to develop safe and functional movement patterns. Phoebe is currently completing a postgraduate Diploma of Neuroscience and Mental Health.
Outside of work, Phoebe competes nationally in surf lifesaving and sprint kayaking, remains involved with the AIS program and her local surf club, and enjoys reading and hiking.
