Rachel Williams

Rachel has been a valued member of the Leap Health team since 2011, where she commenced her journey as a part-time receptionist. Through her dedication, reliability, and strong work ethic, she progressed into the role of Practice Manager at the New Town clinic, where she played a key role in supporting both staff and daily operations. As Leap Health continued to grow, Rachel’s responsibilities expanded, and she stepped into the position of Finance Manager, now overseeing financial operations across all practices.

In her current role, Rachel manages budgeting, financial reporting, and the day-to-day financial processes that support the organisation’s stability and growth. Her deep understanding of the business, built over many years and roles, allows her to provide valuable insight and consistency across the organisation. Rachel’s long-standing commitment and knowledge make her an integral part of Leap Health’s ongoing success.

Originally from Western Australia, Rachel moved to Hobart over twenty years ago and has since made it home. She is married with two children, who keep her busy with their many sporting commitments.

Outside of work, Rachel enjoys spending time with family and friends, as well as camping and walking, making the most of Tasmania’s beautiful outdoors.
