Sophie Duggan

Sophie is the Business Development Administrator at Leap Health, bringing a broad range of experience and a strong understanding of the organisation’s services and community connections. She first joined Leap Health in 2019 at the Kingston clinic as part of the administration team, where she quickly became a valued contributor.

In 2021, Sophie stepped into a Health Promotion role, expanding her focus to community engagement and preventative health initiatives. At the same time, she took on the role of Practice Manager for the Home Care department, where she supported the growth and coordination of services. Following the arrival of her first child in late 2022, Sophie returned to Leap Health at the end of 2023, transitioning into her current role in Business Development.

In this position, Sophie works across a broad range of areas including marketing and social media, liaising with external stakeholders, and managing compliance requirements for external partnerships. Her diverse experience within the organisation enables her to approach business development with both insight and creativity.

Outside of work, Sophie enjoys renovating her home with her partner and spending time with their energetic young child, who certainly keeps them busy and entertained.
