What’s the thing you love most about being an exercise physiologist?

I love both the challenge of helping people solve their health problems and the good results at the end!

What’s your number one health tip?

Everything in moderation, you don’t have to be a health superstar to be healthy.

What is your favourite form of exercise?

Surfing. It’s an activity that is firstly fun, it just happens to be exercise!

My motto is…

“I need to think of a motto”.

You wouldn’t know it but…

I love reading crime novels.

I’m inspired by…

Anyone with strong convictions or who is passionate (such as Angela Merkel).

I can’t live without…

My morning coffee.

What is your go-to meal on the run?

Not so much a meal, but some kind of nut mix is great for satisfying my hunger.

If you could be a superhero for one day, what would you be?

It’s pretty hard to beat Superman, so I will go with him.

What is your favourite part of your job?

Enabling people to become healthier!
